Windows 桌面端打包
打包机 10.1.1.202，SSH 端口 22022，用户 administrator。
- 安装工具链（只需一次）：
installer\bootstrap-windows.ps1 - 在
C:\fengying-oa-native执行.\build-windows.ps1
产物必须是可安装的 build\fengying-oa-setup.exe（Inno Setup），不要只发 zip。
上传到 https://oa.fysxkj.com/fengying-oa-setup.exe，并写入 apps/api/data/app-release.json 的 windowsUrl。
